The Licensing Associate will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for executing daily tasks and processes related to DMV´s, regulatory compliance, and adherence. This role will carry out day-to-day tasks and initiatives with the goal of delivering world-class results to clients, consistently exceeding their expectations. This position will also be responsible for proposing measurable, innovative, and sustainable processes to eliminate bureaucracy and create streamlined workflows. The primary responsibility is to protect the portfolio by executing the required procedures with DMV´s in compliance with local and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to Element’s global policies

Duties:
 

· Follow-up and resolution of work orders in a timely manner

· Monitoring and compliance with DMV´s: notifications, taxes, document updates, etc.

· Generation of tracking reports, metrics, and results

· Process improvement

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related professional career. · Knowledge of process improvement and process/quality management · Over two years of work experience in administrative areas, logistics, processes, quality, operations; customer service experience is desirable · English level 50% (preferred)
