Responsibilities:

• Support regional implementation of the global Finance Shared Services model and coordinate local project activities.

• Assist in planning, tracking and reporting of SSC integration, activity-split implementation and Finance transformation projects.

• Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, risk logs and status reports.

• Prepare project plans, project status updates, business case analyses and professional management presentations for project reviews and steering committees.

• Support business case preparation, benefits tracking and KPI reporting.

• Coordinate change management, communication and training activities.

• Support implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives in cooperation with IT and business stakeholders.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and best-practice implementation.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Shared Services, consulting or project-oriented environments.

• Basic project management experience and willingness to independently drive assigned workstreams.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured working style.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for project tracking, data analysis and business case preparation, and PowerPoint for developing structured, professional and management-ready presentations.

• Good communication and presentation skills in an international environment.

• Good understanding of Finance processes including P2P, O2C and R2R.

• Interest in Finance transformation, automation and process improvement.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in global and cross-functional teams.

• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
