Associate, Equities Sales Trading

Role Purpose

The role is for an experienced trader to join our Equity High-Touch Sales/Distribution desk as an Associate.

The role is intended to provide capacity support to the Equity High-Touch Sales/Distribution team.

The role will provide the High-Touch desk an opportunity to target strategic Prime Brokerage clients and break in to mid-tier clients.

Job Description

•                Korea sales and trading specialist within Asia Equity Execution Services

•                Interacting with clients on market news, events, and stocks to provide differentiated views and trading insight

•                Providing liquidity solutions and maximizing revenue opportunities

•                Execution/Provide solutions for domestic client orders

•                Collaborating across the Equity platform – Advisory Sales, Research, Facilitation, Delta One, Electronic/Program Trading, and Prime Brokerage

•                Assisting in the banks Korea market share growth 

•                Maintaining a high degree code of conduct and regulatory practices

Qualifications

•                5-10 years’ of relevant industry experience of Pan Asia Equities

•                Enthusiasm, drive and resilience

•                Strong communication and analytical capabilities

•                Fluent in both English/Korean language

•                Understanding of Equity and Financial Markets

•                Ability to work in a fast-moving, pressurized environment as part of a high-functioning team
