Associate Engineer (Mechanical)Job Responsibilities:
- Select mechanical equipment
- Prepare specifications/datasheets for mechanical equipment
- Static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchanger, etc.)
- Rotating machinery (pumps, compressors, etc.)
- Mechanical handling equipment (cranes, hoists, etc.)
- Prepare master equipment list, equipment dimensions and weight estimates
- Perform technical bid evaluation for mechanical equipment
- Review vendor equipment design/data
