We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

Business: CTO Platforms (AI Platforms)

Principal responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform initiatives. 

2. Define and manage scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans. 

3. Track execution and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers, and escalations.  4. Ensure delivery aligns with the platform roadmap and priorities. 

5. Act as the central coordinator across Engineering (FE/BE), AI/ML, and Risk/Compliance/Governance teams. 

6. Clarify ambiguous asks and translate them into structured, testable requirements (user stories/functional specs) with cross-team alignment. 

7. Run Agile delivery management: PI planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog tracking/prioritisation support, and delivery reporting/process improvement.

Requirements

1. Demonstrates an AI-native mindset, applying AI-driven approaches to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.

2. 10 years+ experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Delivery Manager. Working proficiency in English (written and spoken). 

3. Proven delivery of complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders. 

4. Strong requirements structuring skills, translating ambiguity into clear scope and actionable plans. 

5. Solid SDLC knowledge (Agile/Scrum/SAFe) and tooling (Jira/Confluence); experience with AI gateways or LLM lifecycle management is a plus.
