Principal responsibilities

• Review and analyse end-to-end solution design for CBDoC and CBET, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Core Banking Architecture and engineering stakeholders to shape technical direction, standards, and roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement across performance, resilience, security, and operability (including monitoring and support readiness).
• Lead the team in adopting modern technologies and AI-assisted engineering practices to improve delivery efficiency and solution quality.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers, supporting consistent engineering practices and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven engineering solutions (e.g., GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, or applied ML in engineering workflows).
• Strong technical background across modern platform stacks, such as Java, cloud, big data, and event-driven architecture.
• Solid understanding of banking domain concepts, with the ability to translate business needs into robust technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across global teams.
