  • France is expected to range between €76,500 and €107,100.

What you will do:

  • Build a deep understanding of the DPS market and customer landscape to differentiate Lonza’s services from competitors.

  • Analyse market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead or support outreach initiatives (e.g. marketing campaigns, SME-driven presentations) to increase brand visibility and establish Lonza as a leader in biologics drug product services.

  • Stay informed on regional biotech/pharma ecosystems and the CDMO competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate across internal functions to ensure alignment and support for key opportunities within your territory.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline (e.g. Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences) or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ experience commercial experience in the CDMO or pharmaceutical industry

  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Strong ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and build effective internal networks to support regional sales efforts.

  • Proven track record in sales of aseptic filling and fill-finish services, including liquid vials, lyophilized vials, cartridges, and PFS/syringes
