About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Director to join the Data Insights team, reporting to the Vice President of Data Insights. Our machine-learning software platform predicts the clinical, social, and commercial value of new medical technologies in the real world to help optimize risk-sharing, advance market access, improve evidence-generation investments, and correctly assess commercial risks and rewards. As a Data Insights Associate Director, your work will be essential to the success of EntityRisk to successfully deliver services and solutions to our clients.

Applicants should have experience leading client engagements for biopharmaceutical or healthcare consulting firms involving quantitative methods such as simulation modeling, statistics, machine-learning, and/or health economics. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, soft management skills, and the ability to articulate technical results to non-technical client audiences.

Responsibilities

The Data Insights Associate Director will be responsible for both the scientific development of solutions as well as delivery of projects and software implementation.

Project development and delivery:

• Lead the content development, organization, and formatting of project deliverables, in collaboration with scientists
• Conduct desk research and targeted literature reviews to inform technical documentation, model parameterization, and other project deliverables, as needed
• Provide quality control for presentations and project deliverables
• Present technical deliverables to client audiences 
• Serve as project manager on multiple contracted engagements, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide status updates and key metrics for internal reporting as needed
• Execute client feedback/survey administration in collaboration with Sales

Business development:

• Lead the content development, organization, and formatting of proposals, supported by Sales, DSE, and the executive team
• Conduct desk research and targeted literature reviews to inform pre-sales client discussions and proposal development, as needed
• Provide quality control for presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with Data Insights and Sales to develop marketing materials for conferences, events, requests from clients, or internal strategic changes

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MPH or PhD in a relevant health analytics field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Product management experience is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); Experience with sales management software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment software etc.) is a plus
• A self-starter that can adapt quickly and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
