• Bachelors Degree
• Standard required years of experience for Associate Director
• Transactional Quality Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and actionable performance insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and develop corrective and preventive action plans to address operational issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, and other support functions to implement sustainable process improvements and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor project outcomes, track benefits realization, and ensure long-term sustainment of implemented improvements.
