Associate Digital Content Specialist

1.    Review multimedia request proposal
2.    Evaluate multimedia production results and give feedback
3.    Coordinate with Video Development Section Head for reporting multimedia/video production
4.    Provide effective activities and program related to multimedia production development
5.    Shoot footage and assist in video editing
6.    Determine suitable camera equipment requirements and obtains related equipment
7.    Determine technical decisions related to lighting, shooting angle and audio capture
8.    Conduct regular calibration process of related multimedia equipment (e.g., cameras, audio and video recorders, other production equipment)
9.    Sustain creative process related to multimedia development
10.    Work on special projects as requested
11.    Suggest improvement process related to multimedia development
12.    Provide all product development records maintenance and updates
13.    Maintain service quality according to agreed standard 
 

Management Support Activities:
o    Provide Report to direct Supervisor 
o    Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) 
o    Perform activities related to Quality Management System
o    Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
 

Education Requirement :

o  Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Experience :

o  Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or  
o  Minimum 4 years of working experience

Special Skill / Certification :

o  Video shooting and video editing / Adobe Ceritified Expert (ACE)
