We are currently seeking to recruit an associate lawyer to join our dynamic M&A team.

Job description

You will be working with a group of lawyers of various levels of experience. The team covers the full range of corporate and M&A law aspects, dealing with corporate restructurings, corporate finance, private equity investments, privatizations, transactional or advisory matters, while aiming to the provision of customised, industry specific and business friendly services.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in corporate/commercial law
• Involvement in M&A cases including corporate transformations.
• Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent)
• Legal qualification (Athens Bar admission/other Lawyers’ Bar)
• 3-5 years of working experience in the field

• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Ability to work efficiently within a team
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
• Diligent, organised and resilient
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving ability
• Good business sense and understanding of the business environment
• Personality with high morale and integrity
