Associate Consultant - Automation

College graduate or equivalent; relevant BS degree (e.g., IE, Business, CS, Supply Chain)​

Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software preferred​

Solid foundational software skills: configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting​

Demonstrable experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AVA, Gemini, Claude…) to support documentation and analysis

Supports Kaleris SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers​

Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions: asking questions and documenting requirements​

Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation​

Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution​

Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets​

Eagerness to learn Kaleris SCE products and relevant business processes rapidly​

Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers​

Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers​

Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base​

Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning​

Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional language a plus​

Develops professional relationships with customer counterparts and Kaleris team members​

Listens actively and communicates clearly in customer-facing and internal settings​

Maintains composure and professionalism when dealing with challenges or ambiguity​
