Requirements

-Key Responsibilities:

> Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring a smooth and efficienthiring process for both clients and candidates;
> Support and advise global clients on their hiring strategies and talent needs;
> Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, understanding theirbusiness goals and talent requirements;
> Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new clientopportunities and offering tailored talent solutions;
> Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to provide strategicguidance;

Who You Are:

>1-3 years of experience in headhunting, HR recruiting, or B2B sales(internship experience is also welcome);

> Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Korean or Mandarin;
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;

>Strategic thinker with a proactive, performance-driven mindset;

> A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented; environment;

>MBA is a plus, but not required;
