As a Business Analyst, you will act as an interpreter between the worlds of IT and business, working with clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
You will utilize agile principles and methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Gather Client Requirements: Work with clients to gather requirements using various techniques, including agile principles and methodologies, to ensure accurate translation into solutions.
• Interface with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are being met and provide ongoing support throughout the development process.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing to validate solutions meet client needs and expectations.
• Communicate Solution Details: Develop training materials and technical documentation to educate clients and user communities on solution functionality and benefits.
• Track Solution Progress: Monitor and report on solution progress through development, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Agile Principles Application: Exposure to agile principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply them in gathering client requirements and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Experience working with clients to gather requirements using various techniques, ensuring accurate translation into solutions.
• IT and Business Interface: Exposure to interfacing between IT and business, collaborating with development teams to ensure requirements are being met.
• Solution Documentation: Experience creating training materials and technical documentation to educate clients and user communities on solution functionality and benefits.
• User Acceptance Testing: Exposure to managing user acceptance testing, validating solutions meet client needs and expectations.
• Basic Financial Concepts: Exposure to applying basic financial concepts, understanding their relevance in business analysis and solution development.
• Business Plan Knowledge: Familiarity with business plans, enabling informed decision-making and effective communication with clients.
• Database Management: Exposure to database management principles, supporting the design and implementation of data-driven solutions.
