The role will be based in Taipei, Taiwan ROC.

PineBridge Investments is seeking a experienced Auditor to join the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Independently perform internal audit, including fund investment, trading activities, fund operations, financial accounting and business operation.
• Identify the deficiencies of internal control and business processes and provide auditing recommendations.
• Communication with audited units to improve operation processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Compile audit working papers and prepare audit reports.
• Follow up issue root cause and corrective action until closing.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Team Head and work effectively with the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in internal audit within fund management or investment research related fields, or CPA firm Auditing practice.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Capable of basic communication and reading in English.

• Possesses SITE relevant license and working experience at financial industries as required by regulation. Must hold at least one valid Taiwan professional certification：
• Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professional (投信投顧業務員), Senior Securities Specialist (證券商高級業務員), or 2 years’ experience in CPA firm auditing practice.
• Possesses strong audit acumen and professional judgment.
• Demonstrates the ability to analyze issues effectively and propose practical improvement recommendations.
• Highly conscientious with strong professional integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to independently perform audit engagements and prepare audit reports.
