Job Description

1. 供應商管理： - 與現有供應商保持良好溝通，確保物料供應穩定。 - 定期檢視供應商備料與訂單等作業程序，確保原物料管理有效掌握。 2. 採購訂單處理： - 根據物料需求規劃，制定並下達採購訂單。 - 追蹤訂單狀態，確保物料按時交付。 - 執行超額訂單砍單流程。 3. 物料品質控制： - 與品質部門合作，確保進貨物料符合品質標準。 - 處理物料異常情況，與品保單位協作，向供應商協商解決方案。 4. 庫存管理： - 協助庫存管理，確保物料庫存水平適當。 - 分析庫存數據，提出庫存優化建議。
