Job Description & Summary

A career in our Non Financial Services Audit practice, within External Audit services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide a range of Assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast growing clients to large entities. Our team helps organisations navigate regulatory complexity while strengthening trust and transparency in their business. While many of the rules of business have changed, the fundamentals haven’t. You’ll work alongside senior members of the client’s management team in planning the audit process from beginning to end, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of our client’s information.

Position : Analyst /Associate/ Senior Associate- Corporate Social Responsibility
Based at: This is a full time opportunity in PW Gurgaon, Mumbai or Bangalore and role will
include:
Job Summary:  S/he will be responsible for smooth implementation of CSR advisory projects
and will assist PW Project Manager in developing quality reports and project deliverables.  The
Consultant’s role (but not limited to) shall be focused on the following tasks:
 Working with cross sectoral teams, research agencies, multiple corporate/PSU clients on
knowledge management & project management advisory assignments
 Working across cross sectoral social/development sector thematic areas like health,
education, WASH, skill development, livelihood, environment etc.
 Proposal development  
 Lead business development initiatives (for Senior Associate level only)
 Liaison with clients/ partners (corporate, NGO partners and administration) for diverse
projects
 Development of project framework and management and monitoring of the same
 Documentation, research and Knowledge Management
 Travel across country for project assignments 
 Work across deadlines

Desired qualifications: PG Diploma (or MBA equivalent) in Forestry Management / Rural
Management / Rural Development/Statistics/Economics/CSR, with 2 - 8 years of experience on
social development/CSR depending upon the role applied for.
Desired skill sets:
 Understanding of CSR rules and experience on the same
 Social sector project implementation, monitoring & evaluation experience
 Good networking & liaison skills
 Knowledge management & capacity building
 Excellent administration and M.S office skills (word, excel & power point)
 Strong Research & analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data- facts,
figures, and number crunching
 Good verbal and written proficiency in English
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment
 Experience of strong business development skills (for Senior Associate level only)

Mandatory skill sets- IFE - NGO Audit, Statutory/Project/Internal audits, capacity assessments, Grant Monitoring/Management, Financial reviews / assessments, procurement reviews,
