Brief note on the requirement is given below:
Risk Assurance Services (RAS) is one of PwC’s high growth verticals. It supports clients
in defining their strategy, formulating business objectives and managing performance
while achieving a balance between risk and opportunity or return. Our services within
the Risk Assurance practice cover the entire risk & controls spectrum across Internal
Audit, Governance, Risk & Controls, Contract & Compliance, Data analytics etc.
Technical Skills:
 Experience in Internal Audit/ Process Audit concepts & methodology
 COSO Framework
 Processes, Sub-processes, and Activities as well as their relationship
 Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)
 Internal control concepts (e.g., Preventive Controls; Detective Controls; Anti-
fraud Controls; etc.)
 IT System(s) in use/ ERP Environment
 Other applicable common laws (e.g., Income Tax Act 1967, Companies Act
1956, Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, etc.)

Soft Skills:
 Clarity of thought, articulation, and expression
 Takes ownership, sincere and focused on execution
 Confident and good verbal communication skills
 Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
