Associate Actuarial Director, Pricing

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Associate Actuarial Director, Pricing.

In this role you will: 

• Advise stakeholders in the product development cycle to optimize product profitability, business strategy and actuarial risk.
• Review new product financials and pricing models with proper and appropriate controls
• Proactively involve and participate in new product development’s workgroup and provide comments / feedback to steer business decision
• Provide advises to Head of Pricing and ORSO / Chief Product and Inforce Officer on overseeing and monitoring financial results
• Conduct annual profitability review, in depth product review/analysis and etc

To be successful you will need: 

• Qualified actuary from a recognized actuarial body 
• University graduate in Actuarial Studies or related discipline
• Strong product and pricing knowledge in individual life insurance
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication skill
• Possess strong problem-solving skills for wide range of problems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Prophet is preferable
