The Role

Marsh is seeking an Associate Accountant to join our team in Limassol (Michaelides). This role supports day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on reconciliations, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.
  • Complete supplier and customer reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and follow up to support resolution.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation in line with internal controls and processes.
  • Prepare routine reports and analyses using Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to support service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy, controls, and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations.
  • Hands-on experience with supplier and customer reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills preferred).
