• Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager in daily operations and overall management of the store.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure product displays, signage, and merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a knowledgeable team.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment and orders.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
