What You’ll Do 

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the store to success by supporting a team that delivers standout service and results every day. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in coaching talent, driving sales and creating a positive, high-performing environment. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll confidently step in to guide the team and keep the store running smoothly. 

 

 

Customer Experience 

 

  • Welcomes customers and supports the team with real-time coaching. 

  • Builds strong product and promotion knowledge to highlight value and drive loyalty. 

  • Partners with the Store Manager to uphold service and brand standards. 

  • Maintains a customer-first mindset and stays aware of market and in-store trends. 

 

Operational Excellence 

  • Leads merchandising execution and uses sales insights to guide floor decisions. 

  • Ensures policies, inventory controls, and loss prevention practices are followed. 

  • Creates schedules aligned with business needs and supports expense and inventory oversight. 

  • Contributes to planning and shares customer insights and opportunities. 

  • Guarantee high visual merchandising standards aligned to company guidelines. 

 

People and Culture 

  • Recruits and onboards talent; supports succession planning and performance decisions. 

  • Motivates, coaches, and recognizes the team to drive results and growth. 

  • Models professionalism, respect, and pride in the brand. 

  • Fosters inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning. 

  • Supports company initiatives and promotes a culture of improvement. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 3+ years of retail store management experience. 

  • Flexible availability to support varying business needs.
