Assistant Spa Manager

Reporting into the Director of Spa, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests and visitors receive a warm welcome and a lasting first impression of the Spa as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of employees in delivering outstanding spa treatment standards and customer service. You will supports the Director of Spa in driving key elements, such as staff relations and training, marketing and promotions, operating criteria and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, as well as leading a team of great individuals. The successful applicant for this role will be able to display great leadership skills, deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care. This role will include performing Spa treatments

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is an experienced Assistant Spa Manager with a proven track record in a comparable setting, with strong leadership skills to launch and oversee the Spa opening. The person will also be responsible for the financial management, team leadership, guest experience, and strategic planning & marketing for the Spa. It is a requirement to have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Spa Management or a related field or equivalent experience.
