Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate property wine program in support of beverage department and restaurant operations
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations
• Constantly interact with guests, exposing them to our wine experience
• Maintain current and accurate wine information on the wine lists
• Manage wine cellar arrangement and maintain its tidiness
• Assist in department wine training programs

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years' sommelier experience in a 5-star hotel or renowned restaurant
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage management or related field preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Possess knowledge in PC skills and MS Office
• Must be willing to learn and be groomed towards fulfilling the role
