Job Description

岗位职责：
1. 为大客户提供基因组学（合成与测序）一站式项目管理服务；
a) 分析客户项目需求，独立进行项目方案设计，进行项目进展的有效监控。
b) 清晰生产部门的关键流程并提供必要的项目解决方案。
c) 承担售后及客户投诉问题处理，通过有效沟通和问题解决方案保证客户满意。
2. 定期进行客户项目总结和客户拜访工作，建立长期的商务合作关系；
3. 配合市场及客户需求进行潜在目标客户的开发工作；
4. 主动发现并汇报项目管理系统及多部门合作流程中的问题，并提出流程优化建议。

任职资格：
1. 硕士以上学历，良好的分子生物学专业背景；具有抗体研发或分子克隆经验者优先；一年以上工作经验；
2. 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
3. 有良好客户服务意识，能承受一定的工作压力；
4. 有良好的公开演讲的表现力和良好的谈判能力；
5. 有项目管理经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-stop project management services in genomics (synthesis and sequencing) for key customers:
a) Analyze customers' project requirements, independently design project plans, and effectively monitor the progress of projects.
b) Have a clear understanding of the key processes in the production department and provide necessary project solutions.
c) Undertake the handling of after-sales issues and customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving solutions.
2. Regularly summarize customer projects and visit customers to establish long-term business cooperation relationships.
3. Cooperate with market and customer needs to develop potential target customers.
4. Proactively identify and report problems in the project management system and the cooperation processes among multiple departments, and put forward suggestions for process optimization.
Job Requirements:
1. A master's degree or above, with a good professional background in molecular biology; those with experience in antibody R&D or molecular cloning will be given priority; with more than one year of work experience.
2. Have good communication skills and team spirit.
3. Have a good sense of customer service and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
4. Have good expressiveness in public speaking and good negotiation skills.
5. Those with project management experience will be given priority.
