Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods. You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.

• 1–3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Guest-focused mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced service

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Comfortable with POS systems and basic reporting

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Food Handler and/or Alcohol Server Certification (or willing to obtain)

Compensation (from employer):
60000 – 75000 AUD (YEARLY)
