YOUR ROLE

Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis 
and isolation, and real-time solution implementation.     
Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost 
by working with the Tool Owners & Tool Specialist & Production Supervisors to achieve the 
overall committed Production targets.     
Provide cross functional / cross-dept / cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority. 
Share technical knowledge and lesson learnt with new colleagues.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Graduate in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen desire to learn.
Effective communication skills for teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Willingness to work shifts and adapt to a dynamic production environment.
Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
