The Job

• Assist team lead in various agency compliance and quality assurance duties for agency force, including but not limited to conducting monitoring reports, assist in suspected misconduct case investigation

• Assist in drafting Agency Handbook and compliance manuals

• Support the AML/ CTF program, including name screening, transaction monitoring

• Handle ad hoc compliance tasks as assigned

The Person

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in insurance agency compliance.

• Working knowledge in Insurance Ordinance.

• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and bilingual drafting skills

• Detail-minded, mature, confident, self-motivated and able to work in fast paced environment.

• A good team player & able to work proactively & independently.

• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
