REQ13409 Assistant Manager, Project & Traffic (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists the Project Manager in reviewing and overseeing job briefs and projects for the Melco Content Studio team. These will come from the business units within City of Dreams Macau, Studio City Macau, Altira as well as Melco Corporate Office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct the workflow of design, multimedia and creative projects for City of Dreams or Studio City and Altira integrated resorts.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets that is aligned to brief.
  • Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Managers, internal and external stakeholders
  • Assign projects to the correct creative specialist: be it Graphic Designer or Multimedia Animator, in-house team or even freelance talents.
  • Coordinate between various creative functions including copywriters, designers, multimedia designers, photographer or videographer to ensure the deliverable is user is on brief and on brand
  • Ensure creative personnel completes projects on time and on-brief.
  • Identify potential risk or challenges with actionable contingency plans to ensure the on-time delivery of a project package
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables from creative to copy messages to ensure it meets requirement from the brief and brand standard.
  • Manage finances, documentation and processes from creative projects outsourced to freelance and external talents

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Management and Content Delivery in a creative work environment (creative agency, in-house studio etc).

Education

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area

Skills / Competencies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong organizational skill, while balancing creative thinking and the commercial side of briefing requirements as it comes.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines, long hours and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
