• Strong travel domain knowledge with ticketing, fares and exchanges background• Class training experience• Experience in new hire training and OJT coaching.Skills & Competencies• GDS - Amadeus/Sabre• Strong ability to identify skill gaps and translate them into actionable training plans.• Good knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.• Excellent coaching, feedback, stakeholder management, and people management skills.• Strong analytical and planning abilities• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, as per business needs.

• Graduate in any discipline/IATA degree or diploma• MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); exposure to digital or LMS based training preferred.• Graduate in any discipline
