Job Description:

This position is responsible for Consumer Premium card (Gold, Platinum, Centurion) product management, evolving product value propositions and providing differentiated and exclusive customer experience to the premium segments.

Also, this position requires to understand the product value, and customer satisfaction through end-to-end process, collaborating closely with various cross functional teams.

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute marketing programs, enhance the products, analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market environment to provide the superior value as competitive in the marketplace.

- Collaborate with external business partners to develop/improve product value propositions.

-Collaborate well with the internal stakeholders such as the call centers, technology, merchant partnership teams, to ensure the superior customer experiences at all customer contact points aiming the high customer satisfaction. Work closely with card sales team on products acquisition. In addition, relationship building required with central teams outside Japan.

- Execute various marketing related operational tasks and governance process in timely manner.

- Track and monitor marketing investment, other financials, and the products profitability, working with Finance, Risk management, and procurement teams.

 

Job Qualifications:

1.     Excellent team player - build consensus and proactively support others to drive business as a team. Ability to build and manage effective relationships with internal and external partners.

2.     Strong track record of driving result, ability to execute multiple initiatives under tight schedule.

3.     Good communication skills with internal and external partners

4.     Innovative and flexible approach to resolve unexpected problems.

5.     Native level Japanese with intermediate English skill is preferable. 

6.     Knowledge on card products and benefits is preferable.
