  • Drive up-tiering initiatives and loyalty mechanics to increase member lifecycle value and purchase frequency.
  • Support the design and rollout of milestone-based challenges, gamification features, and engagement journeys to encourage repeat participation and higher spending.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support regional loyalty initiatives.
  • Oversee campaign-related communications and display touchpoints to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand and program objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across metrics such as recruitment, retention, reactivation, and active member growth, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to support loyalty-related customer journeys and program touchpoints, including sign-up flows, checkout prompts, and sustenance triggers.
  • Ensure campaign execution is aligned with regional strategy while supporting smooth adaptation and rollout across local markets

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or a related function.
  • Proven experience managing customer campaigns across multiple channels and customer segments.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, customer retention strategies, and member lifecycle management.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a regional, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in retail, beauty, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.
