The ideal candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications and attitudes:

First degree in relevant discipline while a higher degree in management will be an added advantage.

7-10 years of cognate experience of which at least 4 must have been with the HR dept. of a structured conglomerate.

Ability to advise the management of human resources in accordance with existing labour laws.

Proficiency in computer packages utilization
