About the Role

The primary objective of this position to support the configuration, design and optimization of Workday modules that align with business requirements. This role involves working closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure that system delivers accurate and actionable insights.
  • Able to manage Workday functional modules
  • Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and change requests related to Workday and other HR applications
  • Ensure resolution time meeting SLA target.
  • Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.
  • Perform system configuration and customization.
  • Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
  • Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
  • Participate in regional project activities with HRIT focus.
  • Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.
  • Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside HRIT to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively.
  • Ensure solutions are consistent with global standards and ensure global solutions architecture team is aligned
