Assistant Manager, Finance

Job Description:

Accounting:

All accounting activities, preparing, checking, reviewing, journal until Financial Statement by S4hana-Accounting system & Accenture. Validation & Reporting to Group by BPC Web. Doing Financial presentation. Controlling actual and budget. Liaises with PWC-External Auditor & Internal Auditor.

Finance:

Checking Citibank, SCB bank balance & make sure the current bank has sufficient fund for operational; Maintain time deposit IDR. Controlling incoming & outgoing and posting bank to Accenture.

Taxes

Preparing, reconciliation, & reporting all tax monthly such as PPh 22, PPh 25,PPh Unifikasi, VAT, by CORETAX & S4hana.

Preparing yearly corporate income tax after audit report from PWC ready.

Tax Dispute from KPP Jakarta Madya.

E-Court Tax will be coming soon regarding Bea Cukai Rate import.

Budgeting

Preparing Management Planning for budget; collaboration with sales teams and SDGAB Finance’s team until, upload in to BPC web and reporting to Consol Team.

Job Requirement:

1. Professional Experience - Minimum S-1 degree

2. Minimum job experience 5 years

3. Accounting Experience - Journal accounting; understanding of chart of account; understanding of 4. Financial Statement; understanding making cashflow.

5. Treasury: Understanding of SCB Web

6. Taxes Compliance : Understanding of tax VAT; tax unifikasi, CoreTax,

7. Tax Audit: Understanding of CIT; Correction fiscal; Core Tax

8. Budget: Understanding of chart of account; formula excel, and BPC
