The Opportunity:

The Assistant Manager Digital Growth is responsible for expanding the digital footprint of Sephora’s online business through recruitment, partnerships and omni customer growth. They are part of the wider Digital team and work closely with a myriad of cross functional team members to seamlessly coordinate the end-to-end projects to achieve revenue targets for the E-commerce & Omni business.

  • Managing the relationships with Sephora’s digital vendors including but not limited to; payment partners, 3rd party gift card distributors and last mile vendors.
  • Leading the Joint Business Planning with all external vendors, working closely with our Regional Digital Team on recruitment and conversion driving initiatives.
  • Managing the omni revenue growth strategy, working closely with our Regional Digital team and ANZ Retail Operations team to grow Click and Collect, Endless Aisle and increase App penetration across Sephora’s omni client database.
  • Leading the omni customer growth strategy, working with internal and external stakeholders on initiatives to drive acquisition
  • Alongside the Snr Digital Manager, work alongside our internal performance marketing and CRM teams, with the aim of increasing App penetration and the omni customer base
  • Working with the Snr Digital Manager on e-commerce reporting, including analysis of customer and revenue growth.

 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 6-7 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce role within an omni retail business
  • Experience in stakeholder management, external and internal
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing trends
  • Previous digital marketing experience with a beauty and/or retail brand is a plus
