Assistant Manager, Application Optimisation

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Australia and New Zealand Acquisition Marketing team as an Assistant Manager, Application Optimisation. This role is responsible for supporting acquisition growth through the delivery, optimisation and governance of card application experiences across Consumer, Small Business and Corporate portfolios. You will partner across Product, Marketing, Technology, Risk, Operations and external vendors to deliver application enhancements, support strategic initiatives and drive improved customer outcomes. The successful candidate will combine strong project delivery capability with analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills and a passion for solving complex business problems.
