What You’ll Do  

  • 70% - Administrative Tasks-buy maintenance and reconciliation 

  • 10% - Client Management Admin Tasks-pulling and reviewing campaign reports 

  • 10%- Networking 

  • 10% - Training & development  

 

Assist Investors with day-to-day administrative duties. 

  • Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods, monitoring placement of scheduled spots, maintaining added value and billing reconciliation. 

  • Learn & understand media terminology 

  • Review & understand buying guidelines (goals & objectives) with buyer 

  • Implement work-related goals established by buyer/business solutions team on behalf of clients 

  • Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners 

  • Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system 

  • Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets

Salary Range

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
