Role

The Assistant Human Resources Manager leads the HR function at the property, overseeing all HR-related activities and acting as a proactive, resourceful leader and collaborative team player. This role operates effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment, maintaining flexibility, approachability, and efficiency under pressure. In partnership with the HR Director and the wider HR team, the Assistant HR Manager supports the development of a positive workplace culture while serving as a key partner to property leadership. The role also drives compliance, enhances employee engagement, and ensures operational excellence across the property.
