- 协助店铺经理，管理一个或者多个商店职责（销售、推销、经营、会计等）或者管理大型商店的特定销售区/业务
- 店铺经理不在时，履行所有店铺管理职责。
- 可以直接监督部门经理、员工和/或顾客服务。
- 制定商店活动的统计和叙述报告。
- 可以与产品部/视觉团队进行交流，监督店铺现场陈列改善和维修。
- 协助店铺经理提供高档消费者体验和员工体验，实施/执行全球和区域计划，提升销售业绩。
工作要求
- 6年零售经验、3年管理经验
