To consolidate its current strategic expansion drive and as part of our growing vision, dangote cement Plc is seeking to recruit candidates for the following vacant position in its logistics team:

Responsibilities:

Prepares short, medium and long term plans for maintenance of repair works.

Ensures that work in progress is maintained within the expected KPIs at all times.

Ensures that all systems and process are as per service standards agreed with the other areas.

Ensure that the workshop is operated efficiently.

Plans, communicates, follow up, monitors and control the entire daily activities of the workshop.

Coordinates and supervise the training of engineers on tools, equipments and spares, SOPs work standards and safety

Maintains housekeeping in the workshop meeting world class standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in engineering (mechanical auto motor preferred)

Post graduate/professional qualification will be an added advantage

Minimum of twenty years relevant work experience with truck at least tem (10) years in truck workshop management roles

Mastering safety polices and best safety practices.
