What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):

• Assists in ensuring all food and beverage standards are executed properly.
• Actively participates in operations during peak service periods.
• Assists with scheduling, labor management, payroll review, and cost controls.
• Supports inventory management for food, liquor, beer, wine and operational equipment.
• Maintains records for inventory, labor costs, food costs and guest satisfaction scores.
• Assists in recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and development of team members.
• Responds to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Supports banquet, restaurant, bar, breakfast and special event operations as needed.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• 2-4 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience
