In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Yapidmas Plantation

Job Description

  • Supervise and ensure execution of daily field operations in accordance with work programs, monitor field performance against FFB yield, productivity, and quality targets, and report deviations to the Estate Manager.

  • Support the Estate Manager in the preparation and monitoring of the estate annual budget, ensuring expenditures are within approved limits.

  • Assist in monitoring and controlling operational costs by ensuring efficient use of labour, materials, and resources in line with budget.

  • Ensure proper implementation of agronomic practices in accordance with Agronomist recommendations and monitor field conditions to ensure effectiveness of execution.

  • Supervise the execution of replanting and nursery activities, where assigned, in accordance with operational plans and agronomic recommendations.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of field data collection for reporting and operational planning purposes.

  • Supervise workforce deployment, monitor worker productivity, and ensure discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.

  • Ensure smooth execution of FFB harvesting and evacuation activities, and coordinate with relevant parties for timely delivery to the mill.

  • Monitor estate infrastructure conditions, coordinate and take action on repair and maintenance works, and escalate major issues to the Estate Manager as required.

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and certification requirements (e.g., MSPO/RSPO) at the operational level.

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures.

  • Support the Estate Manager in reporting and resolving day-to-day operational issues.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE

Level of Education

  • Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years in plantation operations.
