Are you a strong clinical leader ready to take the next step in your nursing career? South Creek Post Acute is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our Director of Nursing in overseeing the quality of care provided to our residents.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing the daily operations of the nursing department
Support staff training, development, and performance improvement
Help ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and resident outcomes
Step in as acting DON when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Current LPN or RN license in good standing (required)
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
A team-first mindset and passion for long-term care
