[What you will be working on]

Learning & Capability Development

Drive the implementation of learning and development programmes, including end-to-end coordination and delivery, while supporting the review and enhancement of learning frameworks, curriculum, and capability development initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational needs.

Leadership Development & 360 Feedback Exercise

Support the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives, including coordinating organisation-wide 360 feedback exercises (e.g. LCF360) and supporting follow-up interventions to strengthen leadership effectiveness.

Staff Sponsorship Programmes

Manage the end-to-end administration of staff sponsorship programmes for academic studies, including application processing, stakeholder engagement, communications, record management, reporting and policy review. Support the enhancement of related policies, processes and guidelines to ensure effective programme delivery and governance.

Career Development Initiatives

Support the design and implementation of career development initiatives, including programmes that promote career fitness and employee ownership of development, to strengthen workforce readiness and mobility.

Learning Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting

Prepare operational reports and maintain dashboards to track key learning metrics, providing regular updates to support programme monitoring and continuous improvement.

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 3 years' experience in HR, with relevant experience in L&D, HR, or programme management

  • Familiarity with Public Sector Human Resource policies, practices and guidelines will be an advantage

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by strong attention to detail

  • A collaborative team player who is proactive, resourceful and confident

  • IHRP certification preferred

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
