Your role at Clorox:

The Assistant Content Manager will support the development and implementation of integrated communication campaigns for Clorox across the LATAM region. This role contributes to the activation of brand strategy across media and product categories, ensuring consistent, timely, and effective content delivery. Reports directly to the Senior Content Manager and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

Integrated Content Development (Paid & Organic):

  • Participate in the end-to-end creation of marketing campaign content, from briefing to final deployment across markets.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies and local market teams to ensure timely asset production and on-plan execution.

  • Partner with Legal and R&D teams to secure approvals and ensure that all content complies with brand and regulatory standards.

Measurement & Optimization:

  • Define key KPIs and track performance across platforms and markets.

  • Analyze campaign data to extract insights, identify opportunities, and recommend optimizations.

  • Consolidate learnings and best practices to strengthen future campaign and content strategies.

Administrative & Operational Management:

  • Monitor and track non-working budgets, ensuring alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

  • Create and manage purchase orders and invoicing to ensure accurate budget control and smooth financial processes.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 4 years of experience in Marketing / Brand Communications, with hands-on content creation across digital and media platforms.

  • Experience in social and digital media management required; agency experience is a plus.

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish required.

  • Creativity and strong conceptual thinking.

  • Ownership and accountability.

  • Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Adaptability and proactive problem-solving.

  • Results-driven approach.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
