What You’ll Do?
- Ensure compliance with MASAK regulations and other regulatory requirements applicable to the company,
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of the MASAK compliance program, policies, and procedures,
- Lead and improve business processes, primarily related to analysis, monitoring, and control,
- Manage MASAK reporting and notification obligations,
- Maintain regular records of information and statistics related to internal audit and training activities, and submit these to MASAK within the required deadlines,
- Coordinate the activities of sub-units within the department,
- Report the results of analysis, monitoring, and control activities under MASAK regulations to the Compliance Officer,
- Support the Compliance Officer in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks.

Who You Are?
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, internal control, audit, or related functions within financial institutions, specifically in managing MASAK-related processes,
- Proven expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), international sanctions, compliance programs, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures,
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken),
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
