We're seeking a passionate, inspiring and experienced Assistant Centre Director (2IC) to mentor and support our team, build strong relationships with families, and create meaningful learning experiences for every child.
Nestled on Radford Road in the family-friendly suburb of Manly West, our 75-place service is just minutes from Moreton Bay College and Wondall Heights State School. Our purpose-built centre features state-of-the-art learning environments and a beautifully renovated outdoor space.

What you'll do
Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the service.
Lead, mentor and inspire educators to deliver exceptional education and care.
Foster meaningful partnerships with families and the local community.
Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations.
Drive curriculum planning, reflective practice and continuous quality improvement.
Step confidently into the Centre Director role when required.
What you'll bring
A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing, aligned with the Busy Bees values.
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Standard and Child Protection legislation.
Previous leadership experience, or the drive and capability to step into a leadership role.
A collaborative, positive and supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others.
