Job description

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

· Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, updating inventory systems, and organizing product samples.

· Assist with tracking purchase orders and product shipments, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.

· Input and manage data related to sales, orders, and stock levels in inventory management systems.

· Conduct basic research on product trends and competitor offerings but typically don’t make decisions regarding product assortment or vendor selection.

· Interact with suppliers to confirm order details or help manage product deliveries but do not handle major negotiations.

 

What it takes to Join:

· with 1 – 2 years of previous experience.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication are key for this role.

· Must also be proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing inventory systems.

Salary: $70,304.00

· Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

· Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.

· Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.

· Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
