Assistant Accountant

3NK Engineers & Architects, a creative team of architects, designers and engineers of different specialties founded in 2010, is seeking for an Assistant Accountant to join our finance team.

If you have a degree in Accounting or Finance, you are interested in helping our financial department run smoothly and becoming a part of a team of professionals working to accomplish long-term success, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Create and update expense reports
• Issue invoices and process bank payments
• Perform daily journal entries in ERP software
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and clients
• Oversees and ensures compliance with myData procedures
• Collaborate with other team members and external partner accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
• 2-3 years of experience in an accounting department
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in myData
• Attention to detail
• Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors
• Teamwork and cooperation, organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Fluency in English
• Fulfilled military obligations
